1. Processing & Order Fulfillment Time

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Dispatch Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Australia & International)

We ship nationwide across Australia and selected international destinations. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Special Packaging for Home Storage Products

We take extra care to protect your storage items during transit:

  • Desktop Cabinets & Wooden/Acrylic Organizers: Reinforced with protective corner padding, bubble wrap, and sturdy corrugated shipping boxes to prevent cracking or structural damage.

  • Wardrobe Hanging Bags & Under-Bed Storage Boxes: Cleanly folded and packed in sealed, dust-proof/moisture-resistant poly bags before being boxed or poly-mailed.

4. Shipment Tracking

When your package is dispatched, you will receive a email notification containing your tracking code. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the shipping carrier's website.

5. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Aura Stow is not responsible for failed deliveries or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a local post office, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the package.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Goods in Transit

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  2. Include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged outer packaging and damaged products (e.g., chipped drawers, torn fabric bags, or broken zippers).

  3. We will immediately arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
